Subscription Payments

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. Once your subscription is activated and a payment has been processed, we do not offer refunds or credits for any unused portion of the subscription term (whether monthly or annual), except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise in this policy. If you cancel mid‑cycle, you will not receive a pro‑rated refund. You will retain access to the Service until the end of the paid period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings or by contacting support. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period, after which paid features end and your account may revert to a free/limited version (if available). You must cancel before renewal to avoid charges for the next period. Please cancel at least three business days before renewal to avoid being charged. We do not provide refunds for subscription renewals if you fail to cancel in time.

Refunds – General Policy

As a general rule, we do not issue refunds for subscription fees or other charges once billed. Our free trial allows you to evaluate the Service prior to any charges. After the trial, all sales are final.

Exceptions (Case‑by‑Case Basis)

We understand that special circumstances may arise. While refunds are not guaranteed, you may contact us at support@dealcomplete.com within 7 days of a charge to request a review. Any decisions regarding exceptions are made at our sole discretion. If a refund is issued, it will be processed back to the original payment method. Bank or card statement timing varies by provider.

No Refunds on Certain Products/Services

If our Service includes one‑time purchases, downloadable digital products, or usage‑based fees (for example, data credits, special reports, or add‑ons), those purchases are non‑refundable once delivered or used. We will indicate when an item is non‑refundable. Bulk data or credit purchases are typically final, especially after access or delivery.

Changes to Plans

If you upgrade, additional payment is charged and your new plan takes effect immediately; we may, at our discretion, prorate any unused portion of your prior plan as a credit toward the upgrade. Downgrades usually take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; we do not provide prorated refunds for downgrades.

How to Request a Refund or Support

  • The email address on your account
  • The date and amount of the charge in question
  • A brief description of the issue

We typically respond within a few business days. Initiating a bank or card chargeback before contacting us may complicate the process; please reach out to us first.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a payment without first contacting us and the chargeback is reversed in our favor, you are responsible for any fees we incur. Misuse of the chargeback process may result in account termination, and we reserve the right to pursue recovery of owed fees.

Policy Changes

We may modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes are effective when posted, and the “Last Updated” date will reflect the latest version. We may also notify active subscribers of significant changes.
